About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and litigation-oriented Advocate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking litigation or related legal practice. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling court matters, legal drafting, client coordination, and banking recovery cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Section 138 NI Act matters independently.
- Work on Section 25C (Payment & Settlement Systems Act) matters.
- Handle SARFAESI proceedings, including Section 13(2) notices and related recovery matters.
- Prepare and review Title Search Reports (TSR).
- Assist in and handle DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) matters.
- Draft legal notices, complaints, petitions, affidavits, written statements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients before District Courts, Magistrate Courts, DRT, and other relevant forums.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, court staff, and internal teams.
- Maintain case records and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the State Bar Council.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of advocacy experience (Mandatory).
- Experience in Section 138 NI Act is mandatory.
- Experience in Section 25C, SARFAESI, TSR, or DRT will be preferred.

- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a law firm or banking litigation practice.
- Exposure to Section 138, Section 25C, SARFAESI (13(2)), TSR, and DRT matters.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
