We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Architectural Coordinator to join our team. This is an office-based role that involves AutoCAD drafting, design support, project coordination, and office management. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
AutoCAD & Design
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist in design development and presentation drawings
- Make revisions based on client feedback and site inputs
- Maintain organized drawing records and documentation
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams
- Follow up on project timelines and deliverables
- Assist in material selection and documentation
- Ensure smooth communication between office and site
Office Management
- Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintain project files, BOQs, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, track progress, and manage updates
- Support the team in overall project execution
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of design principles and materials
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in architecture/interior firm is a plus
Preferred
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Photoshop / MS Office
- Basic understanding of site processes and drawings
