Job Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive Coordinator who will take ownership of day-to-day follow-ups across the shopfloor to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery to customers.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working on the shopfloor, coordinating with multiple departments, and consistently following up until work is completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit the shopfloor regularly and track progress of ongoing jobs
- Follow up at each stage of production to ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and purchase teams
- Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate proactively
- Ensure materials and processes move smoothly from one stage to the next
- Maintain basic records / updates of job status
- Work closely with management to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills (very important)
- Comfortable working on the shopfloor environment
- Good communication and ability to deal with workers and supervisors
- Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and ensure work gets done
Experience & Qualification
- 1–5 years experience in manufacturing / production coordination preferred
- Diploma / Graduate (Engineering Preferred)
