Jobs Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing and Providing Safety Induction to all site employees, Workers and Visitors
- Ensuring the site team conducting toolbox talk (TBT) and maintaining the record.
- Daily Site Safety Inspection including electrical equipment’s, lifting tools and tackles, work at height, Full Body harness, PPE, first aid box, fire equipment and working platforms and other activities.
- Verify competency certificates and training records of operators, riggers, electricians, welders, and work-at-height personnel. Ensuring that the work permits are issued for site activities and the implementation it done at site uniformly. Raising daily safety observations and monitoring compliance.
- Ensure compliance with client EHS requirements and site-specific safety procedures.
- Incident reporting as per procedures and maintaining record. Ensure First aid, Near Miss and other incidents are captured and reported in timely manner.
- Ensuring the PPE and other safety resources are available and preparing the record of Issue.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly EHS report.
- Preparing Safe Work practices PPT
- Emergency Response – Assisting site team for the emergencies likely to be arise.
- Ensure proper barricading, signage, and warning boards are installed at work locations
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from incidents, audits, and inspections.
- Ensuring safe storage of material.
- Providing training on safe use of equipment’s, emergency preparedness, work at height, electrical safety and other topics as per activities.
- Promoting safety culture by organizing reward and recognition and other awareness programs.
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in technical stream or Science Graduate
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety will be preferred
- Experience 2-5 Years
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
