HIRING – SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER We are looking for a highly result-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to take complete responsibility for our 4 retail stores (2 Lenovo Exclusive Showrooms, Refurb World & Multi-Brand Store). Key Responsibilities: • Complete showroom operations management • Sales team leadership, motivation & performance improvement • Recruitment, training & development of sales staff • Sales target planning, monitoring & achievement • Daily, weekly & monthly sales reporting • Inventory management & No-Aging Stock policy implementation • Showroom ambience, visual merchandising & display management • Marketing initiatives and local promotional activities • Category-wise sales analysis and reporting • Individual salesperson target allocation and performance tracking • Process improvement and business growth planning What We Expect: • First 5 days: Complete orientation and assessment of stores, teams and systems • Within first 3 months: Reorganize operations, improve team performance, strengthen sales processes and submit a clear growth roadmap • Ability to independently manage the business with ownership mindset Ideal Candidate: ✔ Strong retail sales management experience ✔ Excellent leadership and team-building skills ✔ Data-driven and target-focused ✔ Able to create and execute sales growth strategies Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: Retail Sales / Electronics / Consumer Durable Industry Preferred Apply with your updated CV.
