Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with 4–10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Production Planning processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in manufacturing business processes and expertise in SAP PP configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to manufacturing and production planning.
Configure and support SAP PP modules including:
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Production Orders
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work CentersRouting
Capacity Planning
Demand Management
Production Versions
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Handle production support issues and provide root cause analysis.
Work closely with business users for requirement gathering and solution design.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries).
Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
Exposure to SAP APO/IBP is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Pharma, FMCG, or Industrial Manufacturing.
