About the Role
We are an Australian-based technology company looking for a talented Flutter Developer (Full-Stack) to join our remote team. This is a full-time, permanent position working directly with our Australian development team from anywhere in India.
We're looking for someone with a background in backend or full-stack development who is now specialising in mobile - someone who can build beautiful Flutter apps and understand the APIs behind them.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart
- Design and implement beautiful, fluid, high-fidelity mobile UIs
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js (TypeScript) and/or C# (.NET Core)
- Implement scalable Flutter architecture (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider)
- Build offline-first features with local caching (Hive, SQLite, Drift)
- Integrate Firebase Authentication (social logins, token lifecycle)
- Manage end-to-end App Store (Apple) and Google Play publishing
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines - auto-build, test, and ship .ipa / .aab bundles
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests; profile performance with Flutter DevTools
- Design and manage database schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Deploy and manage infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on Flutter & Dart skills - please share published app links in your application
- A genuine eye for mobile UI design - you care deeply about how an app looks and feels
- Backend experience in Node.js (TypeScript) or C# (.NET Core)
- 3+ years in mobile or full-stack development
- Firebase Auth integration experience (including social logins)
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Bitrise, or Fastlane)
- App Store Connect and Google Play Console submission experience
- AWS or Azure cloud services experience
- PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB experience
- Good written and spoken English for async communication with an Australian team
- Comfortable overlapping with Australian Eastern Time (AEST) during core hours

What We Offer
- ₹12,00,000 – ₹24,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
