Key Responsibilities
Documents & application management (core)
- Manage student applications end-to-end across all six programs: collect, verify and organise academic records, IDs, NEET scores and supporting documents.
- Prepare and track program paperwork such as the France Convention de Stage and university admission documentation.
- Coordinate visa assistance — guide students on requirements, help assemble files, and track filing milestones to deadlines.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for every student and application, with nothing slipping through the cracks.
Finance & administration (core)
- Track student's payment milestones; reconcile receipts and flag pending payments.
- Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for enrollments, documents, fees and program timelines.
- Support the Head of Recruitment & BD with reporting, data entry and day-to-day administrative tasks across all programs.
Student support & grievances (core)
- Be a reliable point of contact for students before and after placement — responsive, calm and clear.
- Run post-placement check-ins with students and host properties to surface any issues early.
- Handle grievances promptly and professionally, resolving what you can and escalating sensitive cases to your lead.
Student conversion (supporting)
- Respond to inbound inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email and social channels, and help convert them into enrolled students.
- Run free eligibility checks, counsel students and families on the right program, and clearly explain process, pricing and next steps.
- Follow up consistently and professionally — never pushy, always transparent, fully in line with AFIWAY's voice.
Coordination & team support
- Work closely with the Head of Recruitment & BD on planning, coordination and operational tasks across the full student lifecycle.
- Help improve and document processes as programs and student volumes grow.
- Represent AFIWAY at education fairs, campus visits and seminars — occasional travel required.

Pay: ₹320,189.87 - ₹550,000.00 per year
