About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and driven Creative Growth Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and growth strategies. You will play a key role in building brand awareness and driving engagement through innovative content and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, videos, social media posts)
- Assist in executing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Support SEO strategies to improve online visibility
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms for content creation
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
- Creative mindset with strong content ideation skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or video editing software a plus
- Interest in growth marketing, branding, and audience engagement
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
Preferred
- Experience in running social media pages or campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO basics and Meta Ads Manager
- Portfolio of content (Reels, posts, designs, etc.)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
