We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing IT organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT .
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and technical panels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience in an IT company preferred.
