India Eye Hospital in Greater Noida is a social enterprise committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and high-volume eye care. Currently, we operate a modern facility located at Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida. Our current facility is NABH-accredited for eye care, ensuring adherence to recognized standards of safety and quality in healthcare delivery.
India Eye Hospital is committed to eliminating unnecessary blindness in Uttar Pradesh by establishing a network of modern eye hospitals and research centers across the state.
Operating in Greater Noida since 2023, we have already performed 2,800 cataract surgeries using Phaco. We plan to conduct 2,800 cataract surgeries in the next year, using Phaco techniques.
Over the next three years, we are setting up a Super Specialty Eye Hospital with 15 Operating Theaters and 12 Clinics in Greater Noida, Knowledge Park 3 on a seven-acre plot. We are being guided by LAICO – Aravind Eye Care System, Dr. Shroff’s Eye Hospital, Darya Ganj, Delhi and leading eye surgeons from USA.
Key Responsibilities-
- Support hospital marketing and patient outreach initiatives.
- Participate in eye screening camps, community awareness programmes, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, corporates, NGOs, and local communities for outreach programmes.
- Assist in patient counselling and engagement activities.
- Collect and maintain camp and marketing data, prepare reports, and analyse outcomes.
- Support hospital administration activities as assigned.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase awareness about hospital services.
Requirements-
- MBA or B.Sc pursuing/completed in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Hospital Marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for camps and marketing activities.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and have access to a two-wheeler.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in the field.
