Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication.
- Generate repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely support.
- Achieve monthly sales and relationship management targets.
