Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise MEP works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
- Prepare work schedules and resource planning for MEP activities.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Inspect and test HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV installations.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and as-built drawings.
- Verify materials received at site and coordinate with suppliers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and completed work.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and promote safe working practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
