Business Development Executive (BDE)
Protech Planner is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow our business by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for our software and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and pitch our software and IT solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; follow up on and nurture leads.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity.
- Coordinate with the technical and delivery team to ensure client success.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, inside sales, or lead generation (IT/software/SaaS preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven track record of meeting targets with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with client-facing interactions.
Nice to have:
- Experience selling software/IT services or digital solutions.
- An existing network of B2B contacts.
