Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and technical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance processes within IT environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with integration techniques and API development to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
