Role: Regional Sales Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, sustainability initiatives, and key challenges facing companies in renewables, and utilities.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive market share and revenue growth within the energy vertical.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with key accounts, system integrator, end customers and channel partners at specific regional level.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and providing expert advice and solutions to their business challenges.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes, and provide insights and recommendations for product and service enhancements.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets by developing and executing a robust pipeline of opportunities for respective regions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and client solutions.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitor activities, identifying potential threats, opportunities and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on regional sales performance, including sales forecasts, client feedback and market trends to senior leadership.
- New prospect: Finding out new prospects for business growth.
- Product approval - working with end customers, system integrator and key accounts to get our products approvals & working closely with end
- Customer visits – Regular visits to existing prospects & finding out new prospects at regional level as per business requirement.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
