The Senior Project Lead will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and management of Sewage Infrastructure Project and Sewage Treatment Plant . This includes construction supervision, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead execution of STP and sewerage network projects from concept to commissioning
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
2. Construction Management
- Supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical works at site
- Monitor contractor performance and quality control
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental norms
3*. Stakeholder Coordination*
- Liaise with clients, government bodies, and consultants
- Manage approvals, inspections, and reporting requirements
- Represent the organization in review meetings
4. Financial & Contract Management
- Track project costs, billing, and cash flow
- Manage contracts, variations, and claims
- Ensure profitability and cost optimization
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering
- 15–20 years of experience in STP and sewerage projects
- Strong knowledge of sewer laying and sewer hydraulics
