Major Responsibilities:
[A] Center Operations Supervision/ Monitoring
1. Ensure that all reporting staff (CM, Housekeeping, Counsellor, CC, Program Manager) are properly inducted and effectively execute their job responsibilities.
2. Identify challenges faced in centre operation, admission / discharge process staff dynamics etc. take corrective steps as needed and put up proposals to management for policy guidance.
3. Coordinate with treating hospitals to achieve maximum occupancy and handle challenges faced
4. Ensure proper counselling for our beneficiaries with proper records and impact study
5. Facilitate events at centres and seek active involvement of supporters in AL.
6. Evolve a scheme for involvement of volunteers at the centres and facilitate their active participation to be implemented by CMs
7. Ensure that CMs are equipped and able to independently handle e-tours and follow some kind of script for uniformity between all the centres.
8. Conduct capacity building workshops/ training programs and weekly review meetings of staff.
[B] HR Coordination (The following to be done in conjunction with HR Dept)
1. Plan weekly offs for all reporting staff while ensuring that no programs/activities are compromised
2. Sanction leaves for reporting staff so that there is no overlap
3. Conduct annual appraisal of reporting staff
[C] Accounts & Finance
1. Oversee/ authorize petty cash expenses of all centres
2. Ensure maximum unit sponsorship & Meal-Mate support from donors backed by timely reporting to donors.
3. Train CMs to manage existing donors and cultivate new donors in their respective area.
4. Create opportunities for Employee Engagement Activity with Corporates
5. Work towards making AL centres financially sustainable.
[D] Documentation & Data Management
1. Ensure that all SOPs related to quality of services delivered, health status monitoring of kids, and upkeep and maintenance of centres are relevant & updated.
2. Ensure that JD’s for all reporting staff are relevant & updated
3. Ensure that beneficiary data is updated & available real time
4. Maintain centerwise volunteer & donor database
[E] Reporting & MIS
1.Daily Report
2. Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Centerwise & Consolidated Reports (MIS) in specific format.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
