Purchase Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of construction materials and coordinate with vendors and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the purchase of construction materials and services
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate with site, store, accounts, and project teams
- Maintain purchase records and vendor details
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in construction or real estate procurement is preferred
- Knowledge of construction materials and vendor management
- Good communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
