As an intern/freelancer at Phoenix Realtors, you will work closely with our senior team to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to the entire real estate sales lifecycle, from lead generation to site visits, while also managing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential clients, telecalling, and managing follow-ups for ongoing projects.
- Site Visits: Accompany the team on client site visits to learn the nuances of property presentation and negotiation.
- Social Media Management: Create, edit, and curate engaging content (reels, videos, and graphics) for platforms like Instagram to boost our brand visibility. Knowledge and keen interest in AI - Canva, Gemini, Claude, knowing how to integrate AI with SM for desired results
- Digital Growth: Implement social media strategies to generate organic leads and maintain an active digital footprint.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Equipment: Must have your own laptop and personal conveyance.
- Availability: Able to work from our office located in Sector 9, Chandigarh.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely interested in a long-term career in real estate.
