Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their academic, social, emotional, and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess students requiring additional educational support.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students’ specific needs.
- Provide individualized and small-group learning support.
- Use appropriate teaching strategies and differentiated learning techniques.
- Monitor students’ academic, behavioural, and social progress.
- Maintain student records, assessment reports, and progress documentation.
- Collaborate with class teachers, coordinators, counsellors, and parents.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher discussions regarding student progress.
- Support students with learning difficulties, developmental challenges, and other special educational needs.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assist teachers in adapting curriculum, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, training, and inclusion-related activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
- Valid RCI registration preferred/required as applicable.
- Experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centred approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
- Good knowledge of inclusive education and differentiated teaching strategies.
Preferred Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a school setting would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
