Job Summary
We are looking for a safety-focused Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing equipment at customer sites while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with the Field Supervisor and customers to complete installations on schedule and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment installation according to approved methods, work instructions, and project schedules.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, including proactive risk identification and STOP & GO principles.
- Coordinate day-to-day installation activities with customers and communicate regularly with the Field Supervisor.
- Prepare and maintain the installation site to ensure it meets company standards.
- Receive, inspect, store, and handle equipment and materials safely and securely.
- Deliver high-quality installations that meet company quality standards the first time.
- Report installation progress, issues, and unexpected events to the Field Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain installation tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing quality and product feedback.
- Apply lean work practices to improve productivity and minimize interruptions.
- Participate in daily team huddles and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in equipment installation, construction, mechanical, electrical, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
- Ability to read and follow installation instructions and work procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Physically capable of working on installation sites and handling equipment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
