*Role Overview*
You will be the front face of Tashipta’s business growth, responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their event needs, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Generate quality leads via networking, cold calling, emails & digital platforms
- Pitch creative event solutions and close business deals
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients & channel partners
- Understand client requirements based on event needs and convert them into actionable briefs
- Coordinate with creative & operations teams for smooth project execution
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets & maintain performance reports
*Key Skills & Requirements: *
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Prior experience in Event Management / Advertising preferred
- Excellent professional email drafting skills
- Working knowledge of AI tools for presentations & sales support
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Confident personality with positive attitude
- Sharp ability to understand client requirements based on event needs
- Strong negotiation & closing skillsx
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented & performance-focused
- Proficient in PPT, MS Office & digital tools

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
