Required Skills
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning, large language models, and recommender systems.
- Strong experience in validation processes, defect management, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong knowledge of Ubuntu and Yocto Linux environments
- Experience working with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX Runtime
- Experience in profiling machine learning workloads
- Prior experience executing validation plans for AI/ML compute stacks such as HIP, CUDA, OpenCL, OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime, and TensorFlow/PyTorch integrations
- Experience validating end-to-end AI pipelines, including:
- Model conversion (e.g., PyTorch to ONNX) Inference runtimes (e.g., ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, ROCm/HIP)
- Compilers and toolchains (e.g., TVM, Vitis AI, XDNA, XLA)
- Kernel execution, memory transfers, and inference result validation
- Strong Python programming skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and creative approach
- Experience with production-level software quality assurance practices, methodologies, and procedures
- Strong ownership of deliverables, excellent communication skills, and experience working with global teams
