About the Company
At International Visa Services, we help students and travelers achieve their international dreams through Study Visas, Tourist Visas, Visitor Visas, and Travel Packages. We are looking for confident and energetic Tele-Callers who can professionally handle inquiries and guide clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with fresh and existing leads
- Explain visa services, study abroad options, and travel packages
- Convert inquiries into office appointments
- Maintain daily call records and client data
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with counselors and sales team
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi & basic English
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Experience in visa/travel/education industry will be an advantage
