We are in search of enthusiastic TELE-CALLER EXECUTIVES with good communication skills and basic experience in outbound calling, lead follow-up, and customer interaction.
Role Summary
Contact potential and existing customers over phone to generate leads, share product information, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- Maintain call records and update lead information
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi (and South Indian languages)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach
