Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX Designer + UI Developer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the technical expertise to translate those designs into functional, engaging, and responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire user experience lifecycle, from concept and research to design, prototyping, and front-end implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Translate UX/UI designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and performant front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain and improve existing user interfaces, addressing bugs and implementing new features as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products.
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for best practices in UX/UI.
