The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and updating business information from various online and offline sources. The ideal candidate should have good research skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and research objectives.
- Conduct Primary Research through phone calls, emails, surveys, questionnaires, and other direct sources whenever required.
- Conduct Secondary Research using company websites, LinkedIn, search engines, business directories, databases, industry reports, and other reliable sources.
- Perform Website Research to collect relevant company and business information.
- Conduct LinkedIn Research to identify companies, professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Create and update Company Profiles with accurate information.
- Perform Contact Research and collect relevant business contact details.
- Conduct Business and Market Research as per project requirements.
- Perform Data Validation by cross-checking information from multiple sources.
- Perform Data Enrichment by updating and improving existing information.
- Support Lead Generation and Data Mining activities.
- Maintain research data in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of the collected information.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and timelines.
- Learn and effectively use third-party research tools and platforms.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to project goals.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Primary Research and Secondary Research
- Good Internet and Web Research skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Research
- Good analytical and logical thinking
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collect and organize information
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Research, Data Research, Web Research, Market Research, Lead Generation, or Data Management may also apply.
- Good command of English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge is required.
