We are hiring an office-based Back Office Business Development Executive. In this role, you will drive business growth from the desk by managing lead pipelines, drafting corporate proposals, and maintaining premium client and B2B relationships through flawless digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Client Outreach
* Corporate Correspondence: Write flawless, persuasive, and professional emails, pitches, and business letters to premium clients and HNIs.
* Digital Outreach: Conduct targeted LinkedIn networking and cold email campaigns to generate high-end residential and commercial leads.
* Relationship Management: Serve as the primary backend point of contact, handling client queries promptly and professionally via digital channels.
2. Proposal Creation & Team Coordination
* Design Collaboration: Work closely with the interior design team to translate technical concepts into client-friendly layouts.
* Quotations & Proposals: Create accurate cost estimations, project proposals, and sleek commercial quotations.
3. Pipeline & Vendor Management
* Lead Tracking: Monitor and update the sales pipeline meticulously to ensure timely follow-ups.
* B2B Coordination: Research and connect with builders, architects, and real estate developers to foster corporate partnerships.
* Reporting: Maintain clean data trackers and prepare concise weekly/monthly business development reports for management.
Key Requirements
* Education: Any Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field.
* Experience: 1–3 years in back-office sales, corporate support, or business development (Interior design, modular kitchen, or real estate experience is highly preferred).
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with an executive tone.
* Tech Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for client presentations).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
