About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying government and private tenders, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant Government & Private Tenders through various tender portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and approvals.
- Maintain records of all submitted, ongoing, and awarded tenders.
- Track tender status, bid results, and contract renewals.
- Ensure compliance with tender guidelines, documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, and other compliance documentation.
- Maintain a database of company certifications, registrations, and supporting documents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tender Management/Bidding.
- Freshers with strong documentation skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPP Portal, and other e-tender portals will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
