Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.
- Generate and qualify leads based on the company's target market and business objectives.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies.
- Track lead-generation activities and prepare regular performance reports.
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresher in lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Email marketing and cold outreach experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
