Job Description – Center Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily center operations including mobilization, training, and placements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and funder requirements.
- Build community and stakeholder relationships to enhance visibility.
- Lead and motivate the center team for performance and retention.
- Drive student success through quality training and career readiness.
