- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement experience in the biomedical, medical device, healthcare, or hospital industry.
- Additional certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement is an added advantage.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare technical and commercial offers, and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and annual maintenance contracts
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Projects, Stores, and Accounts departments for procurement planning.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply delays.
- Verify purchased materials against technical specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Coordinate import documentation, customs clearance, and logistics whenever applicable.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor master data, contracts, invoices, and procurement documentation.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
