Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boilers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the required steam pressure and temperature.
- Check water level, fuel supply, pressure gauges, valves, and other boiler parameters.
- Record boiler readings and maintain shift logbooks.
- Perform routine inspections and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Ensure proper blowdown and water treatment procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Follow all boiler safety rules, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping in the boiler area.
- Use appropriate PPE and comply with all safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance.
- Understanding of steam generation systems and utility equipment.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic boiler issues.
- Knowledge of boiler safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
