1. Take Update of Previous day work schedule if any dispute plan solution on SOS (Maintenance Work)
2. Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machine ,regular inspections, testing, and maintenance procedures.
3. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedule to reduce the breakdown failure.
4. Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and disruptions during maintenance activities.
5. Supervise and plan operators involvment in the operation and maintenance of machineries.
6. Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
7. Identify areas where equipment efficiency can be improved to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance.
9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance.
10. Providing training to staff of machine and tools operation, safety procedures.
11. Providing mechanical engineering support for mechanical, refrigeration,and plumbing systems.
12. Make leave register and update daily, update feedback register every month fixed date, encourage them bring new worker (appreciate them and update in feedback register)
13. Note down instant feed back of Junior in pocket dairy and check with HOD-Engineering.
14. Evaluate and Execute new projects .
