Role Overview
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partner organizations. The role involves ensuring effective communication, timely delivery of commitments, issue resolution, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to client servicing and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1*. Client Relationship & Program Management*
* Ensure end-to-end management of client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
* Ensure alignment between client expectations and program delivery outcomes.
* Ensure smooth execution and monitoring of assigned programs across stakeholders.
2. Leads, Partnerships & Onboarding
* Ensure identification of new opportunities, leads, and potential partners for program expansion.
* Ensure outreach and communication with government bodies, NGOs, corporates, and institutions.
* Ensure onboarding of partners for collaboration on programs and initiatives.
* Ensure conversion of leads into active partnerships through consistent follow-ups.
3*. Stakeholder Coordination*
* Ensure effective communication and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure alignment between clients, government agencies, partners, and execution teams.
* Ensure smooth flow of information and timely resolution of coordination gaps.
* Ensure stakeholders remain aligned and engaged throughout program execution.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
* Ensure tracking of program progress, milestones, and performance outcomes.
* Ensure collection of data and preparation of reports to measure program success.
* Ensure identification of gaps and areas for improvement based on program insights.
* Ensure regular sharing of updates and performance reports with stakeholders.
5. Reporting & Documentation
* Ensure maintenance of accurate records of program activities, outcomes, and impact.
* Ensure preparation of structured reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure documentation of meetings, discussions, and action points.
* Ensure systematic organization of all program-related data and communication.
6. Partnership Building & Strategic Planning
* Drive development of partnerships with government agencies, corporates, and non-profits.
* Contribute to long-term strategic planning and program expansion initiatives.
* Maintain alignment of all programs with organizational vision and goals.
* Enable continuous improvement in program reach and impact through strategic inputs.
Required Skills & Competencies

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong documentation and reporting skills.
* Understanding of government programs and policy ecosystem preferred.
Qualifications
* Graduate in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Management, or related field.
* Master’s degree preferred (MBA, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related disciplines).
Preferred Experience
* 2 years of experience in client servicing, program coordination, or development sector roles.
* Experience in government projects, multi-stakeholder programs, or partnerships preferred.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
