Bijliride is a bootstrapped, fast-growing electric mobility company transforming urban transportation through sustainable and affordable electric two-wheeler rentals. Our app-based platform serves daily commuters, gig workers, and businesses with EV rentals, battery swapping, doorstep battery delivery, on-road assistance, B2B fleet solutions, 3PL services, and EV fleet management software (SaaS).
As we continue to expand across India, we're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive business expansion, and build scalable operational systems.
Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of strategic programs across Operations, Technology, Business Development, and Customer Experience.
A major focus of this role will be driving franchise development, partner onboarding, and business expansion, while ensuring operational excellence and seamless execution across teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Expansion & Franchise Development
- Lead franchise onboarding and expansion initiatives across new markets.
- Identify business growth opportunities and support strategic expansion.
- Build scalable processes, SOPs, and operational frameworks for franchise partners.
- Ensure partner success through regular performance reviews and operational support.
Program Management
- Define program goals, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
- Drive multiple strategic projects from planning through execution.
- Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, HR, and Customer Support teams.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.
Process Improvement
- Standardize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Project Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in franchise operations, partner management, business expansion, mobility, logistics, or technology-driven organizations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
