Job Overview
Zade Infra Builders LLP is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Assistant to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content creation, and organic audience growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proven expertise in organic audience growth and engagement strategies.
- Excellent English communication and speaking skills.
- Creative mindset with strong content planning and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
