About the Role
Special You is looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales operations across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing marketplace performance, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, catalogs, pricing, and product content.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and key business metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability across all platforms.
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and seller performance metrics.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalog management, inventory management, and order processing.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry will be preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.
