The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, monitoring staff performance, and supporting the smooth functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties
Supervise daily housekeeping activities and room assignments.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel SOPs before guest check-in.
Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates and guest requirements.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely rectification.
Ensure proper handling of lost and found items as per hotel policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
