Key Responsibilities:
Counselling & Student Engagement
o Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
o Understand student goals and recommend suitable culinary or pastry programs.
o Provide detailed information on APCA’s curriculum, chef mentors, infrastructure,
internships, and career pathways.
o Offer an engaging and personalised campus experience during tours or
orientations.
Lead Management & Admissions Target Achievement
o Handle leads from all channels — walk-ins, calls, emails, website, referrals, and
digital campaigns.
o Maintain consistent follow-ups with all potential students through structured
communication plans.
o Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets as defined by the management.
o Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through consultative and ethical
selling.
o Ensure complete documentation and fee processing for all enrolled students.
Reporting & Coordination
o Update and maintain all data in the CRM system accurately.
o Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and
conversions.
Coordinate with academic, finance, and operations teams for smooth student
onboarding.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
