Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient USG Report Typist to assist our radiologist by accurately typing ultrasound (USG) reports in a fast-paced diagnostic setting. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, strong English language skills, and familiarity with medical terminology.
Should know excel , word, and chat gpt(will be provided)
If candidate ahs his/her own laptop , bring during job interview
Responsibilities
- Type ultrasound (USG) reports as dictated by the radiologist.
- Ensure reports are grammatically correct and free from typing errors.
- Maintain accuracy while working under time constraints.
- Format and finalize reports for printing and digital records.
- Coordinate with doctors and reception staff for smooth workflow.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in other clinic duties
- manage doctor and staff and stock
Requirements
- Excellent English typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
- Strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Knowledge of medical terminology (radiology/ultrasound preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a diagnostic center or hospital is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience typing radiology or ultrasound reports.
- Familiarity with hospital management software (HMS/RIS) is an advantage.

All shortlisted candidates will undergo a 5-day paid/unpaid assessment period (as communicated during the interview), during which their typing speed, accuracy, attention to detail, English proficiency, and ability to work with the radiologist will be evaluated.
Candidates who successfully meet our performance standards during the assessment period will be offered a permanent position with the clinic.
Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
