About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Intern who is passionate about designing modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Figma and a strong understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve user experience.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual elements.
- Revise designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create modern and professional user interfaces.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend design concepts is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, mobile app designs, or website designs.
- Familiarity with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is an advantage.
