Duties

- Oversee security procedures, including access control, surveillance, and incident response, to safeguard personnel and property.
- Manage conflict resolution by mediating disputes and de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and tact.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting incidents, security breaches, or operational irregularities for review and action.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing support during investigations or emergencies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting visitors, staff, and contractors with inquiries and access needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential risks or security vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields demonstrating strong situational awareness.
- Proven ability to handle customer service interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Knowledge of security protocols, conflict management techniques, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to document incidents accurately and clearly.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members, law enforcement, and the public.

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
