We are hiring an experienced General Manager to lead our service & aftersales operations and set up a new multi-brand car service center / bodyshop, while managing existing dealership service functions across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include driving service revenue, spare parts business, workshop efficiency, and customer satisfaction, along with full ownership of P&L for the service vertical.
Candidates must have 7+ years experience in automobile service/dealership operations, strong team leadership, and exposure to multi-location management or workshop setup.
Compensation: Best in industry + Incentives + Profit-Linked Bonus (Can be discussed in person)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
