Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to drive the sales and market penetration of our high-quality tile adhesives, grouts, and paint products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our distributor network, appointing new dealers, and fostering relationships with influencers such as architects, contractors, and masons. This role requires extensive field work to drive product visibility and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Channel Management: Identify and appoint sub-dealers to ensure product availability and brand presence.
- Influencer Management: Conduct regular site visits, retail counter meets, and technical demonstrations for contractors, architects, site engineers, and masons to drive adoption.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and retail audits to identify new opportunities, pricing trends, and product needs.
- Business Development: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct interaction with builders and developers.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments and manage credit limits for clients.
- Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Tile Adhesives, Paints, or Construction Chemicals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of tile adhesive applications, epoxy, tile grout, and paint types.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Hindi and Marathi.
- Requirements: A valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
