Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics: Identify mechanical failures, hardware malfunctions, and software errors in equipment.
- Repair: Replace defective parts like fuser assemblies, rollers, print heads, and circuit boards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, calibrations, and toner/ink replenishments.
- Deployment: Unpack, assemble, install, and configure new printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Networking: Set up IP addresses, configure wireless connections, and install correct printer drivers.
- Customer Support: Respond to urgent service calls, explain technical issues, and train users on proper operation.
- Logistics: Keep accurate logs of service calls, repairs performed, and parts inventory
Experience : 2+ years
Salary : 17500 to 22500 ( Based on Experience and work knowledge)
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
