Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate with a strong background in jewellery retail sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and precious gemstone jewellery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer queries, billing coordination, and after-sales service.
- Ensure accurate product display, inventory handling, and stock management.
- Explain jewellery features, certifications, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Associate in the Jewellery Industry.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for luxury retail sales.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Graduation preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered).

Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Pay: ₹23,172.22 - ₹44,031.34 per month
