Role Purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing overall branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring collections efficiency, leading the branch team, and achieving branch profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Drive branch business growth by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Monitor lead generation activities and conversion performance.
- Support field sales executives in achieving business goals.
2. Team Management
- Lead and supervise branch employees including Sales Executives, Collection Executives, and Operations staff.
- Allocate daily targets and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and mentor employees to improve branch performance.
3. Collections Management
- Ensure timely collection of customer dues and minimize overdue accounts.
- Monitor collection efficiency and recovery performance.
- Coordinate with collection executives for pending payments and follow-up actions.
- Reduce default cases and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
4. Branch Operations
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and customer service activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Maintain branch records and reporting systems.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor documentation accuracy for all customer transactions.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and branch administration.
7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Track sales, collections, customer growth, and branch profitability.
- Present branch performance updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline preferred).
- 3–8 years experience in Branch Management / Sales / Financial Services / Collections.
- Experience in chit funds, NBFC, insurance, banking, or field sales preferred.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Salary Range
As per experience and company policy.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
