Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels such as calls, site visits, and referrals
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong interest in sales and real estate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment
For Experienced Candidates:
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Existing client network is an added advantage
Salary Structure
- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month + attractive incentives
